The importance of using the end manufacturer…Complete project control
African Utility Week is the only global meeting place, conference and trade exhibition for African power and water utility professionals. The exhibition in Cape Town kicked off on Tuesday 16th May 2017, showcasing how the continent is coming up with innovative, home-grown solutions to its energy and water challenges and how these are creating exciting and lucrative opportunities for utilities and industry suppliers alike.
ConCept G Cape and part of the ConCept G JHB team successfully realised various bespoke exhibition stands, including the German Pavilion at African Utility Week, whilst simultaneously in KZN, the ConCept G JHB team realised bespoke stands for ConCept G and for bluCube at Africa’s Travel Indaba 2017, where one of the larger exhibition stands was a double-storey concept.
Setting objectives is the first step for successful project implementation across two major exhibitions in two different regions. Achieving them is the second step. The second step is the most challenging due to unexpected obstacles. This varies from damages to materials in transit, to that of late artwork received. It is the experienced Project Manager that must conduct the orchestra effectively and at ConCept G and bluCube, we certainly have adept project managers who we aptly coin “the magicians of industry”. It takes a quick-thinking solutions driven individual to lead the team to seamlessly execute the various stands according to expectations and on time.
Some exhibitors may go the “do it yourself” route and attempt to build their own stands to save costs, however with careful planning and engaging the services of a specialist exhibition stand contractor, such as ConCept G and bluCube, the end game is an innovative concept design that translates into an impactful project build and realisation, creating the right impression, maximises the ROI, and is proficiently managed by key appointed project managers that are trained and equipped with the necessary expertise to resolve and manage all possible intricacies and variables.
Use a professional stand contractor:
We know what works– Exhibition stands should be creative and effective to enable the ROI and the project results. Professional stand contractors will work tirelessly with the exhibitor to establish the project objectives and to design a stand according to the brief and in accordance with the brand CI, one that is both impactful and engaging.
We share our expertise – we advise on spatial planning and layout to maximise the effect of the stand, as well as, on interactive and attendee engaging elements, marketing collateral and graphics required.
Extra services – Not only do we design the stand, we provide the turnkey solution including full transportation of all of the project elements to and from the project site, as well as project management and the complete breakdown and removal of the stand from the project site.
Planning and Insurance and safety – we ensure that the stand complies with all the current regulations and we liaise with the Organisers, submitting all the necessary relevant documentation including all health & safety collateral.
Time management – by appointing us to realise the stand, this allows the exhibitor and the exhibiting team to get on with what they do best in establishing invitees to the event, finalising the marketing information for the Exhibition Guide, generating leads, sales, networking and building relationships.
The team that comprises the adept and skilled labour component of ConCept G and bluCube, are passionate, talented, highly skilled, driven and enthusiastic. They are the true Champions of Industry, creating amazing spaces from approved designed concepts, meeting the unique requirements of clients to achieve a high-end brand.
